Since 2005 insurance companies count on E.Via when it comes to damage to electrical devices. With our experience of various damages and typical defects we can make competent and reliable decisions. Meanwhile our know-how includes more than 100.000 reports.

Our employees are highly professional like engineers, communication and radio and television technicians.

Since 2013 we are certified member of BDSF (Association of Germany adjusters and experts).

Since 2013 the seal "best service champion" is granted to companies that are giving priority to customer service. 2015 E.Via was considered the first time and was promptly awarded. We are very pleased having received the award "best service champion" every year since then.

Logistics

Transport and collection of the devices. Nationwide up to 31,5 kg and length up to 2mtrs.

Desk audit

Assessment of estimates and invoices, repair reports, providing valuation, calculation of repair costs, desk audit.

Intensive reports

Providing intensive reports for legal cases and/or in special cases.

Determination

Determination of information and data like accounts, descriptions of claims, deduction of tax, date of damage, addresses, ownership proof.

Repairs

On request management or performance of repairs by the manufacturer.
